Because I lost the original drawing for ~blue-marine's commission ( 
), I drew a new one.
It's her OC Secola.
I know that chibis are supposed to be simplier versions of a character, with less details. So, no. I have no idea why I drew all the details. OTL But I simplified her outfit a bit. And changed some colours.
The flower thing wasn't planned. It just happened.
